If you are unhappy with your product please notify us immediately after receiving your order. In the event you receive a damaged or faulty package, please contact us at mu@idle-ism.world within 7 days of receiving the item.

We will only accept returns or exchanges on UNOPENED items. Due to the nature of our products, once the item has been opened from it's original packaging, it cannot be returned.

In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened vacuum sealed mylar bag where applicable).

If you have an unopened product and would like to return or exchange it, please email us at mu@idle-ism.world within 7 days of your purchase to start the return process.

Return shipping costs must be paid by customer and item returned within 30 days of original purchase. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive a confirmation email, and another once your order has been fulfilled with a tracking number. We will notify you by email if any exceptional circumstance arises that will postpone your order. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we are not able to deliver to your area, or if for any reason, one or more goods is not available. Orders placed on our website are processed within 1-3 days during the week. Once dispatched, you should receive your package within 3-5 days depending on your location. On some occasions it may take longer and we apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience.
